As a Montana native whom has learned to love & cherish
the Montana land & culture, I am excited to get the opportunity to share
all that it has to offer to my clients. Raised in a small rural community and
now getting the opportunity to raise my family in the same community alongside
the love of my life, brings me great joy. There is something to be said about
the strong work ethic, honesty & integrity that is learned at a young age
in our small town of Belt, MT. I enjoy the ever changing seasons of MT &
take advantage of them all with skiing, hunting, fishing & the warm waters
in the summertime. Working in the banking industry for 11 years, has
continually increased my interest and love for real estate. My experience in
construction and mortgage lending has given me the pleasure of helping
customer’s dreams come true! I am truly excited to show my clients the land and
lifestyle of this beautiful State!
Where I come from, the song of the meadowlark cuts the crisp morning air while steam rolls off coffee cups on the tailgate of an old truck as the day's tasks are planned. If a neighbor gives you their word, they mean it and a handshake over a fence line is as good as a signed contract. Hello, I'm Kalie Evans, a small town, Montana girl born and raised! I prefer a good horse to a 4-wheeler and old worn boots to high heels. Agriculture has always been a defining part of my life. As a young girl I learned consistency and dedication brought home a grand champion ribbon at the Montana State fair with my registered hereford steer. Today I apply that same principle working beside my highschool sweetheart and husband of almost 30 years, helping run a 4th generation angus cattle ranch that we will someday pass down as ourLegacy to our 3 boys. This is where my inspiration was derived from when I started my own real estate brokerage, Legacy Realty and Auction. I partnered with a dear friend and fellow ranch wife, Sasha Keller, who shared the same perspective and we eagerly jumped at the chance to become United Country RE|Legacy Realty and Auction. With our knowledge of the farm and ranch industry and having a good grasp on what all areas of Montana have to offer, we can give our clients a lot of knowledge and insight that only a couple of longstanding Montana native ranch wives can! I love the lifestyle and purpose for which I live and enjoy helping my clients pass along or purchase their Montana Legacy.
Being a 4th generation Montanan, my family has been involved in agriculture for over 100 years and I am proud to carry on that tradition with my husband and children, raising cattle on our ranch in Central Montana.
Central Montana is deeply rooted in agriculture, whether it be farming or ranching, with some of the most productive land in the state. It also boasts some of the best property as far as recreation and wildlife goes. Elk, deer, bear, fish, and birds are abundant in our area. The Little Belt Mountain range provides thousands of acres of public land to hunt, fish, hike and explore. The Highwood Mountains also provide some of the most renowned hunting if you are one of the lucky sportsmen to draw a tag. If fishing is what your heart desires, then look no further than the Missouri River, along with the many creeks and streams that flow throughout Central Montana. There truly is adventure and opportunity at every turn in Montana!
Being born and raised in Montana, while being a steward of the land with a strong work ethic, I can help any client find the perfect property to match their needs. There is no better place to “Find Your Freedom” than in Montana!
I was born and raised in a small town in Northern Idaho. My family raised cattle and ran a meat shop. After HS I played college basketball and earned a teaching degree. I've taught for 10 years and coached HS basketball for 9 of those years. I am married to a 5th generation rancher in Belt, MT, where we are raising our two boys to understand family values, a hard work etihic, and appreciate where they are from and the lessons to learn from the agricultural lifestyle. I enjoy being outdoors and appreciate the little things in life. I hope to share the MT lifestyle and with my clients.
